Entered a Cha Chaan Teng in Mong Kok: ordered iced lemon tea and satay beef noodles, was served in 18 seconds flat, ate in 6 minutes while being aggressively stared down by an auntie holding a mop, paid cash, and was back on the street before my brain registered I had lunch. Peak Hong Kong efficiency.
