The Egyptian honorific hierarchy: If he is fixing your car, he is "Ya Bashmohandes" (Engineer). If he is serving tea, he is "Ya Rayes" (President). If he is driving a taxi, he is "Ya Captain". If you owe him money, he is "Ya Basha". Nobody uses actual names.
