In a recently published video, political commentator George Galloway claimed that Israel is secretly suffering severe military setbacks, stating the country is "taking a bloody good hiding".
Galloway alleged a widespread cover-up regarding the extent of the damage, asserting that anyone who releases pictures or videos of destruction in Tel Aviv is immediately sentenced to five years in prison. He further accused major mass media networks, specifically naming CNN, the BBC, and Sky News, of accepting Israeli censorship and refusing to broadcast footage of the region.
Citing personal acquaintances living near Shenkin Street and Dizengoff Square, Galloway claimed that residents walking around the city report that Tel Aviv "now looks like Gaza".
According to Galloway, this level of destruction is occurring because Israeli air defenses over Tel Aviv are no longer operational. He alleged that Iranian forces are currently "hitting at will" using powerful ballistic missiles. To support this, Galloway claimed that 50 ballistic missiles struck Tel Aviv in a single evening.
Beyond the situation in Israel, Galloway asserted that the public is being lied to regarding the number of American casualties. He questioned how U.S. embassies, CIA bases, and foreign military bases could be hit and destroyed while resulting in only four official American deaths.
Taking what he described as "a flyer," Galloway estimated that the true number of American casualties is "approaching a thousand dead Americans," adding that such figures cannot be hidden indefinitely.
